Where do you source the club sport “suspension bits” and what parts were they?

I've only put 1 set of CR-S on my GT3 so far (see my vid) but extremely impressed with how well rounded it is. Perfect trackday tire. It's fast, lasts pretty long, keeps its performance during wear and heat cycling, works pretty well in rain (!) great steering response, quiet on the street. Downsides: heavy construction hurts acceleration a tiny bit. Yes a Cup 2R is faster but you need 5 sets of those to drive as many laps on track as the Nankang.

Good review, don't notice these issues in my 2023 mx-5, good thing I guess, maybe a bit of roll in sharp cornering with speed, a bit more than my BMW 330i Sportwagon with MSport suspension, I think they've tweaked things from your 2017, and they tweaked again for 2024. Would be interesting for you to drive a new one and hear your impression. Cheers.

Your complaint could simply be alleviated by putting stiffer but compliant springs. You are a race driver so your point of comparison is all wrong. Almost no one drives like a race car. The MX5 is one of the most loved and enjoyed car in the world - for non-race car drivers. Ot such fun!
